Program Terms
Orbit CBA Program — Terms & Conditions
CBA Program
1. These terms related to CBA (Commission Based Agent) Program apply upon your ("CBA") registration in this program ("the Orbit CBA Program").
2. To be eligible to register for the Program, an individual must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
3. No more than one payment or other similar fee will be paid on any given Customer Transaction/event.
4. A Customer Transaction/event refers to a valid lead (CPL), and successful order creation/confirmation (CPA) action.
5. The Incentive will be topped-up to your OrbitPay wallet instantly after completion of the given customer transaction/event.
6. Your earnings shall be transferred to your linked bank account or digital wallet on 10th day of every month. If your wallet is below PKR 1,000, the balance carries over to the following month.
7. The commission/incentive for the CBA shall be calculated as follows;

8. Upon meeting the below mentioned weekly (Monday to Sunday) threshold/targets you will become eligible for the bonuses.

9. Creating fake customer event/transaction, fraudulent form submission or app install to generate an incentive payout without representing a real, interested customer will incur a penalty of Rs.200.
10. Splitting a single CPA i.e. confirmed order/sale involving three or more passengers into multiple transactions or events for the purpose of generating additional incentives is prohibited and shall result in a penalty of Rs.500 per occurrence.
